EXCHANGE AND RETURN
If you wish to exchange or return any product purchased on this site, check the instructions below and contact our Customer Service via phone (27) 3288-3290 or email contato@blacktucanocoffee.com. Our team will guide you on the next steps.
RETURN FOR REPENTANCE
If you regret the purchase, notify our customer service within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the products at the place of delivery. These must be sent in their original packaging and will be evaluated to verify their condition. If there is use or damage, the return will not be possible.
PRODUCT DELIVERED DIFFERENT FROM PURCHASED
If the product you received is different from the one you purchased, refuse delivery or request an exchange with our Customer Service within 07 (seven) business days from receipt.
If the desired product is no longer available, you can choose between: a) choosing another product of the same value, b) receiving an Exchange Voucher to use in the next purchase, including shipping cost, and c) obtaining a refund of the amount paid, including of freight.
DEFECT OR ADDICTION
If you find a defect in the product purchased, contact our customer service within 7 (seven) days after receipt.
If the desired product is no longer available, you can choose between: a) choosing another product of the same value, b) receiving an Exchange Voucher to use in the next purchase, including shipping cost, and c) obtaining a refund of the amount paid, including of freight.
REFUND OF VALUES
Once the purchase is canceled, the amounts will be refunded to the User according to the payment method used in the purchase.
In the case of a bank slip, the refund will be made to the current account within 05 (five) business days. In case of credit card, Black Tucano Coffee Roaster will contact the administrator within 02 (two) business days. This, in turn, will communicate the financial institution and the reversal can occur in up to two subsequent invoices.
The deadlines will only be computed from the receipt of the products by Black Tucano Coffee Roasters.
IMPORTANT
The exchange or cancellation of the purchase will only be accepted if the purchased products are perfectly packaged in the original packaging, without signs of use or consumption and accompanied by the 1st copy of the Sales Invoice or DANFE, as the case may be.
